[Social Enterprise] Any restaurant/cafe owners

Hi all, we are working on a social enterprise project and are looking to connect with restaurant/cafe owners who would like to sell their surplus food at a discounted price via our app.

How it works (for restaurants/cafe owners with surplus food)

1. Open the app, set the price per pack (e.g. RM10/pack)
2. You can choose what type of bundle you'd like to offer without telling customers in advance (like a surprise pack)
3. The value per pack must be at least 2x the selling price which in this case is at least RM20.

Benefits: You get extra revenue from your surplus food which would otherwise go to waste and gain new customers too!

How it works (for customers)
1. Open the app. choose available restaurants/cafes nearby your area
2. Place the order.(you will not be able to choose the food as it is based on what's surplus on that day)
3. Head over to the restaurants/cafes to pick up your food!

Benefits: Save money and get at least 2x more value. And try new restaurants/cafes which you'd otherwise not try because of the price!

Hi all, recently i've helped my grandparents to register for AZ vaccines and one of them got an appointment at UM at 8pm.

Wondering if this is technical error or its true that there's night session?

Also, will it be possible to change the scheduled time? tried calling their call centre but no pick up.

Steps to renovate a condo

Hey guys, would like to know how did you guys renovate your condo?

My situation: I have a semi-furnished unit which comes with aircond, hood and hob, sink and other standard items. The thing right now is actually to renovate the unit according to the ID plan that I have. I have gotten someone that I know to come out with the layout and etc for the unit.

So, would really like to find out, how did you all manage the renovation process? I have the following questions:
1. Should I just appoint one main contractor and then show him the layout, then he will know what to do? Is this a common thing to do here?
2. Or will it be better to appoint different contractors for different parts? (for e.g.: built-in wardrobe, electricity wiring, wallpaper, plaster ceiling and etc).
3. As for the furniture, should I get them myself and then let the contractor install and everything? Then, should I get those furniture first before appointing the contractors to do the work or should I get it during the work? (I think furniture might take a week or two to be delivered).

As I know, there will be no wet works.

I am looking for recently developed/handed over projects with developer units available. So, that I can move in anytime. I am looking for areas in PJ/KL areas and went to see a few like The Ridge, CloudTree, Three33 Residence, Serini but all these don't seem to be quite suitable for me.

Wondering if you all have any intro? Reason for choosing already developed projects is because so that can be entitled for HOC and able to move in quickly.

Need advice on salary please

Hi all,

For this month, my company had paid some extra on top of my salary than what I am supposed to get. I think that was actually a mistake that they printed the wrong basic salary figure on my pay slip which ended up that I'm getting extra.

I'm feeling miserable if i should return them the extra money.
However, my company is an outsourcing company and pretty stingy to their workers. They are eating up our salary every month for outsourcing and always giving empty promises. Moreover, I'm in a need for cash to clear up my debts for this month.

If i just keep quiet for now, I'm afraid that they would end up deducting my next month's salary or sue me according to labor law if they found that I did not report this to them earlier. Is there such law?

What should I do? Proabably I gonna get a bad reputation once found out. But I wouldn't care if I gonna get bad impression on this as I am already looking for another job as this current job is too torturing without a decent pay. Kindly advice.
