HELP processor fan stuck
it stuck after i vacum the heatsink from the outerpart
i can heard it sounds beap beap from the hole
wat should i do? cont to vacum maybe it can run again?

how to solve the prob? it only happen recently this month i think, i bought my latop 2 years ago a toshiba M100
wat should i do ? get a cooler pad?
