Inspace Creation Bhd, an interior fit-out services firm, is seeking to raise funds totalling RM24 million for expansion and its shareholders from listing on the ACE Market.

The initial public offering (IPO), priced at 25 sen per share, will raise RM17.1 million for the company and another RM7.3 million for its two executive directors, according to the prospectus launched on Monday.

Applications will close on April 22 and the listing is scheduled for May 8.

IPO: Hartanah Kenyalang Bhd

Hartanah’s IPO will entail a public issue of 120.9 million shares and an offer for sale of 77.5 million shares by way of private placement to identified bumiputra investors approved by the Investment, Trade and Industry Ministry.

Under the public issue, a total of 31 million shares will be open for the Malaysian public, 18.6 million shares for eligible directors and employees of Hartanah and 71.3 million shares to be placed out to selected investors.

Hartanah, which reported a profit after tax of RM5.66mil against a revenue of RM71.18mil in 2023, is owned by brothers Seah Boon Tiat (31.5%) and Seah Boon Kee (21%), Tony Cheok (21%), Peter Chai (25%) and other shareholders (1.5%) pre-IPO.

IPO: Daythree Digital Berhad

The initial public offering (IPO) entails a public issue of 110.4 million new shares in Daythree Digital, representing 23% of the enlarged share capital and an offer for sale of 12 million existing shares to selected investors by way of private placement.

Of the 110.4 million new shares, 24 million new shares will be made available to the Malaysian public via balloting; 12 million new shares for its eligible directors and employees of Daythree Digital, while the remaining 74.4 million new shares are earmarked for private placement to selected investors.
