im seller my house without agent,

buyer planning to use madani loan 100%

my question is,

If we sign the LOD/OTP, do I need to collect a 2–3% deposit? What if the buyer doesn’t have money and is only relying on the 100% Madani loan?
Can we proceed without collecting the deposit?

My grafik card yesterday working normally but when playing game suddenly got some grafik display n all not function.. so when i try to restart .. than no more display but cpu turn on . Already try all. N whwn try use other gpu my pc can on normally.. so suspect my gpu got problem..

So my question is gpu got power n fan running normally but still no display

Its it port ??? Or something else??

My gpu got display hdmi, dvi, dp.

For now im using hdmi.. already try other port still no luck

ew days ago im trying to create game Squad server using ubuntu.

Using cloud base alibaba and aws im facing same problem. Game port not.open even firewall are inactivate.

What im miss here? Talk to cloud technical support they saidsecurity group are not the problem. Need to refer ubuntu setting or game server

dear all,

last 2 year i purchase sub sales house with cimb bank + they laywer.

est lawyer cost around 8k already paid 5k... when i checking iwk bill.. still have outstanding payment 4k.. and previous owner never paid it before.. the problem is .. lawyer already reimburse all money to the seller .. i already email many time and the answer still same ... they will ask seller to pay that bill.. but seller will never pay that bill because the seller got serious debt with few ppl and ah long..

i tried to deal with lawyer .. balance payment for lawyer i will use to pay the iwk bill.. but lawyer never agree .. tried to call cimb and make complain they panel lawyer... and cimb also said many client also got some problem with this lawyer and cimb already blacklist them..

what agency can i make complain to get the money back or to settle this problem??? i believe that lawyer still dint finish the documentation on changing my name in Geran and other thing

i just purchase monitor acer KG241QA support 144hz and compatible with and freesnyc ..

in the monitor setting On Screen Display (OSD) and show the rate 144 .. but when i open amd setting freesnyc not compatible.. i already use DP cable

my gc sappire R280X Toxic because my gc have mini dp.. so i use mini dp to dp

in amd setting its show not supported and i cant turn on freesnyc and said not compatible
