Removing padding from padded denim reversible jack

Hi, I got a reversible denim jacket that has paddings in its sleeves as a 21yr old birthday gift.
I called a couple i found through google and yelps but they to no avail.

Price isn't really an issue as I value craftmanship more than it. Since it's my birthday gift, I really want it to be as perfect as possible. Thanks!
Can anyone recommend me alterations that do padding removal?
