Paypal Withdrawal Problem

Good day to all Lowyat peeps. Just want to ask if there's anyone here experiencing delayed withdrawal within 15-17 September 2020?

I made a withdrawal request @ Paypal on 15th Sep, around 10AM, and the status shows "completed" on 16th Sep 2PM, but until now the amount hasn't reflect on my bank account, and usually I receive my funds within two days.

Has anyone received any fund from Paypal in the past two days? Fyi I'm using Maybank, and I called em earlier, they asked me to refer to Paypal themselves. I'm having a hard time finding their customer care line, would appreciate if someone can send me their number.

Good day everyone! I'm currently looking for some high quality yet affordable external lens for my iPhone X. Can anyone kindly recommend me some brands based on your own user experience? Budget < RM300, better to include wide-angle, telescope and macro lens. Thanks!
