DeliverEAT Scam By Not Refunding?

I ordered food online via DeliverEAT this year on January 28th, but it was canceled due to insufficient rider and I was promised to get a refund within 3 to 5 days.

However, almost 2 months now I still haven't received any refund yet. I spoke with their customer support 4 times now, they all responded the same, said will submit refund request to relevant department and asked me to wait 3 to 5 days. Nope, nothing.

I sent an email to FOMCA but was asked to send it to adu.khidmatpenghantarmakanan@kpdnhep.gov.my instead, and I did.
Sadly, no reply for more than a week... I thought I could get some help from them, but well...

Total amount is about RM70. I know it wasn't a huge amount of money, but still I feel cheated.

What would you do if you're in my situation?

This is the last email I received from them after I spoke with them and that was more than a week ago.

● Bought the card back in 2015 iirc, from Sri Computer shop in Lowyat plaza
● Used it for 4 years before I upgrade with RX570 that I'm currently selling
● Original box already threw away
● The card is still working just fine, tested this week
● As expected the paste already dry out, new thermal paste has been reapplied
● No warranty!

P1 Try to Scam Existing Customer!

I was P1 home wifi user until last year, my 2 years contract period ended.
So I went to Sunway Unifi Center for account termination and returned the modem on July last year 2018.

It was fine until today I received an email from P1, a RM500+ bill!
I was shocked. I immediately check with P1 customer service, and been told this.

QUOTE

"As per check, your account under Involuntary termination on 09 OCT'18. Device penalty fees of RM499 (excluding 6% GST) imposed due to non- return of devices. Uploaded date : 25-10-2018"

What? Involuntary termination? Non-return of devices?
Fortunately, I'm still keeping the customer termination copy! They probably thought I tossed it away.
HA! Jokes on you P1!

Wanna ask what should I do next? I have been asked to go nearest TM center to check on this, but the center only open till 5:30PM.
Can I just ignore them?
