iPad Repair Under Apple Warranty?

Hi People!

I am currently looking for somewhere that will fix my iPad screen under apples warranty. It has developed a dead pixel. However most authorised apple resellers will only exchange it for a hefty price and not repair it.

Ideally I don't want to go to any independent repair shops, since mine is still under apples warranty.

Where can I take it?

Thanks
I want to setup my old Netgear R7000 Nighthawk Router, however I cannot work out how to set it up with the Unifi Modem,

I plugged it all in as you normally would, selected the PPOE connection and typed in my username and password but still not Internet connection.

Am I missing something?
