I pick up my phone to answer the call via car bluetooth system (hands free). Then i was holding the phone on my hand when talking via bluetooth.<br /><br />After a short discussion with the caller, i told the caller that I will give her a message later because I am driving right now. Then ngam ngam two traffic polices on motorbike stopped me and accused me of using phone while driving. They issued me a non-compoundable summon which I would have to settle in front of court.<br /><br />It is my first time to encounter such situation, I was panic and didn&#39;t make any arguement with the police when issuing the saman.<br /><br />For my case, am I able to plead not guity? The tricky part is I was holding my phone while driving but on bluetooth mode and I also told the caller that I cant talk right now because of driving.<br /><br />I have car recorder to prove the conversation between me and the caller.<br /><br />Thanks hackjie Serious Kopitiam Sat, 17 Jul 2021 20:00:09 +0800
