Dr Loh, Pudu VS Dr Kok, Pudu? Choose which dental?

Choose which dental better for tooth filling? I done my filling since when I was 9.y.o. And my filling now dropped in my 20's. Is been so long I did not do this procedure so, I'm kinda worried and scared.

I heard Dr Loh is cheap and good. He is kind and not a gold digger meanwhile, is very "classic" there. And is the only Dr to handle there.
And Dr Kok, is a gold digger but is more "modern" there. Clean and nice place. Have 5 doctors to handle.

But I'm not sure how is their work done. Is it good or bad? I don't know. Let me know please.

Mainly, I need someone who is careful, gentle, good in communication, no injection but using cream as numb.

How to deal with a bf that judges your boobs during 'foreplay' almost every weeks? I don't want to insult his either. Any humor way?

But he always said 'he is just saying'. Telling me is how I handle it positively. But I had no idea how to twist this to positive.
This matter make me feels insecure and sad.
When I told him I'm sad, he told me: He wants me(4x), Im big enough, din see ah many plp have flat chest at least you got etc. Bullshit say small dy then say big enough. Sometimes say many ladies have big, sometimes tell me many flat chest. No clue la. All these hurtful comments make me turn off during foreplay dy. It keeps alarming. Always said words is just words. After hurting me, then he play high high on my twins dono why la then continue all la. Most of the weeks.

I said worried, he said: I touching u all the while, din get bored. Only scared u boring with my bro etc.

Funny is after all these comments it turns into a make love scene, most of the time. Or should I don let him in?

So, now how to make it into a healthy relationship? I still want to sustain it. Because it looks like lust>love now as the other users mentioned. Also told me to say NO and not giving it to him that easy. How to make him realized that he is lucky enough already? How to make him appreciate me? I always cooked for him, serve him, massage, pleasure, thinking what to do for him...etc. Good thing of him is he make time for me no matter how, wash dishes, help out etc.....Bad thing of him is insulting me with hurtful comments and scolded me (although sometimes is a right scold when I'm driving). Most of the time, I just swallowed it by myself. I don't want him to feel I'm childish and kecil hati.
