As titled. Is it recommended or will it be awkward? Like during weekend hang out at cafe or have dinner together? Not sure y but i always find it difficult hanging out with colleagues. During meetings/working is like a battle but after work hrs, they can forget everything and chatting happily?

I hated the environment and the way my supervisor handles me.. multiple tasks being thrown at me without clear directions, and the supervisor knows nothing and always give surface suggestion only. Basically am swimming alone in deep sea.

One day he was calling me in for 30 mins private chat and was asking me how i feel, am i happy to work here etc along that line. I was actually actively looking for job already as i cant stand the situation... I lied to him saying that every thing is fine , happy to be here.. it is the most difficult things for me to say ever as basically evry answer coming out from me = is a big lie. After tht i kinda regret, if u were me shld i be truthful instead ?

Meeting during work from home

In my department, we always have weekly meeting with the director. And i find it kinda pointless in the sense that everyone will just start with their personal life, i mean come on, isnt it a waste of time hearing what u cook for dinner, how u feel during the mco Period and whatnot? Then everyone will proceed with telling the director how much work they have done etc... i am so stuck with this situation because i usually keep my personal life away from work, and i find it hard to just update evryone on what i was doing! So evry week before the meeting i find it bit stressful. Just wanna ask is every company the same? As in have weekly meeting to update the directors on their personal activities and work? I have a feeling the company does not trust its employees will work during mco therefore is implementing this weekly meet ups

Is it normal to have a boss

Am getting bit fed up with my direct boss.. is it normal to have a boss who has no idea on whats going on? Evrytime i have question to ask, or seeking for enlightenment, she just lead me to nowhere. Even never give me constructive feedback, only can give very surface suggestion. And she just keep throwing task after task to me whenever she has the problems, without even giving me slightest idea on how to pursue. I am quite mentally tired but jsut wondering, is it normal to have a boss like that?

How to deal with overly enthusiastic boss

My boss is overly enthusiastic with diff types of problems.. he will find ways to improve things (whether it is feasible or not). This is not a main peoblem.. the main issue is, he gives order and expect us, to be his minions to execute.. the reason being he is not with our department most of the time.. and he never accept a no as he expects us to execute according to his way. Clearly, this has created some sort of chaotic moment as we have to accomodate his request.

What i hate most is that he will give the order, and then sit in front of his computer doing his own things..

Shld i leave or stay to learn few tricks from him ( he is a smart guy but arrogant guy thou..)

started diablo 3 last month. my life kinda in a mess now, as i evryday think abt diablo 3, increase my paragon level, and gettig those equipment, rifts and such..
