Port Out From Maxis To Digi

Hi there, I have walked in to digi center on Tuesday and requested to port in to DIGI from MAXIS. The staff help me to submit the request and gave me the sim card and ask me to wait for MAXIS confirmation sms within 48 hours. However until today I still didn’t receive any sms for MAXIS regarding the confirmation to leave. I have called to MAXIS and ask whether my account still have any outstanding or contract, answer is no. Digi did called this morning and say MAXIS rejected me for reason that one of my line is not in service/active, but i really feels that this is an excuse from MAXIS. My parents and I was using the phone to call or surf net and didn’t switch off either, it’s active for sure. Does it really takes that long to port out? I remember few years ago porting out from other TELCOS is quite fast which can be done within few hours. Anyone can advise on this matter?

Need some advice

Hi there, i just bought one 2013 Prius C few days ago. It's a hybrid car.
Everything is just fine on the first day. However, the second day afternoon I just realized the aircond is not cold while running petrol but its quite cold when running electric.
If i speed up at 100km/hour, the aircond is just releasing cool air only, its not cold at all.
But when i stop the car or driving slow when running electric, the aircond is cold.
I send to Toyota sc on yesterday. They checked and say everything is fine.
Is there anyone could advice on this matter? Thanks.
