Introduction fees for sales of property

Hey guys.

Ceritanya begini. Last month I sold a property 200-300k. The buyer told me(can't rember) someone gave my number to her.
Now that the transaction is done yhe person who gave the buyer my number is asking for commission. All this whole I have not hear a hoot from her at all.

Pls advise.

I have a old 400, 250 and 160g hdd. its the IDE type. as of today its still working, feel like giving it away but not sure if ppl still wants it but more pressing is how to ensure that all data are totally erased? unchecking the "quick format" will it help?

I am moving house. found a couple of things that has been chuck at the corner and don't intend to bring it with me. Please let me know what item you want. and don't tell me everything unless you really want it and have real use for it[U]. else it will go to waste

Wiring for Outdoor lighting

Hi Guys,

I am planning to install those recessed outdoor lighting. can someone please teach me how to install it? while I understand the connection but I am not sure how to run the conduit. since that place it not covered I am expecting rain and possibility of water retention.

right now my electrician have run 2 armored cable(I plan to install this myself with the help of my main con, electrician is charging Rm100 per outdoor point, so I wanna do some saving there). I tried asking those lighting shop but not much help too.

please advise ...anyone.. thanks

How to remove pesky adds on your browser

Hi Folks,

any idea how to remove or prevent those pesky adds from invading your browser.

I find that once I visited sites like lazada, seng heng etc my web browser sure will be invaded by their adds...

1) tried looking under program but can't find any funny sw
2) look under browser..can't find add adds on

one way is to reset the browser but I was hoping for a better solutions... thanks

Just to let you guys know so that you are aware such things happens.

Yesterday night some ******* came over my house(under renovation) and stole all the wire/cables. now the contractor probably have to hack the wall all over again...

so no matter what ask your contractor to have their man stay over....

pretty upset now

Hi Folks,

Last Saturday was with my ex-gf makan-makan at food court. Just as we were entering, overheard the stall owner mentioned now everything naik harga already. Braced myself, true enough saw the price all new.

My usual chicken + Roasted pork was RM6. before RM5.50. My ex-gf ordered fish paste noodle RM6.before that RM5.50. Our usual modus operandi is order one Chinese tea ice and share. but suffice to say we did not order any drink that day.

So we were talking, now must ikat perut already. Maybe start cooking ourselves, plain rice, egg and maybe one steam fish(slice not whole). also stop ordering drinks. I cannot believe it some ppl can order fruit juice that cost like RM2.50-Rm3.00

So any small practical ideas you guys employed to reduce cost.

Assuming my household income 10k I also feel the pinch jor. what else ppl from 3-4k.

Idea:

1) Don't order Drinks
2) Start Cooking(healthier + cheaper maybe)
3) Eat MCD. RM5.95 got drinks meal and fries

Hi folk,

Any idea how you guys manage the hose from the tap to water inlet. Usually ppl will just used a flexible hose but are there better solutions? I was thinking of fixed "L" type of ermm I what you call that.

Anyway how you guys do it?

anyone knows any contractor that does mirror sliding door like in the pic?

i know its trivial but I have tried asking a few but they only do for glass not mirror. the closest I got was from my sliding door contractor but its with aluminium frame.
