Maxis MF833V dongle unable to use Hotlink simcard

Hi Maxis / Hotlink support,

I got the usb dongle from my friend. It's a Maxis ZTE MF833V-1.0.0.
I tried to plug a Hotlink simcard into it, the portal say connection is good, sim is valid but the "Connect" button is grey out and I can't press to connect.
I have already purchased the hight speed internet plan but the issue still persist. Could you assist to check?

Reason: Want to buid a NAS. The current gig I have is too power hungry.

Unable to receive verification SMS from Apple

Dear Hotlink and all friends,

Recently, I have trouble with activating iMessage & Facetime. Therefore, I have try the following step:

1. Setting -> Phone. The phone number is unknow, so I have to manually input and save it.
2. Turn off iMess & Facetime, reboot the phone and try turn on, still not work.
3. I have noticed that on the Send & Receive under Setting - Message showed only my email. There is not phone number at all. So I'm searching on Google, and finally.
4. Go to setting, click on the iCloud & Apple ID setting in the top, go to Name, Phone Numbers, Email setting.
Under CONTACTABLE AT, I added my number in. Apple said that it gonna send a sms code to my phone, but after waiting for more than 1 days the code still hasn't arrived yet. I've try one more time but it is still same.

Can you assist me in this case? I confirm that my phone has balanced, and it can make call, send/ receive sms as well as TAC sms from Bank. Data is working for me.

You advise will be appreciated!
