i7 desktop recommendation

Hi All, i wanted to build an i7 rig for some video editing in future and minor gaming purposes mainly run bluestack etc.

The specs below is quoted to me by one of the shop i'm talking to, need you feedback on it before i confirm on the order. My budget is around 4k - 5k
