Feeling that I've been scammed

On early September 2019, my ex's mom ask me if I wanted to join her mining bitcoin by buying the machine to mine.
Which I agree since mining bitcoin is not illegal and we actually buy the physical machine to mine, so nothing for me to cast any doubt.
But as the estimated arrival date of the machine had passed, I start to question about the machine, and she started to give me excuses.
First she said that her house need to renovate before we start to run the machine, which the excuse itself is very sketchy.
Then as time when on, I feel that I need to ask the person that sold her the machine and the person wasn't willing to give me info since he said he must protect his customer privacy(I'm not the one who order, so to him, she is the customer).
And after 2 more weeks, she still keep on coming out with excuses, and I called the person who sold her the machine and told him everything, and he finally told me that, she initially had paid a small sum, but then she had taken back the money. Which means that she ain't buying any machine from the start.

Earlier this month, I called her and ask her to give me back the money and she ask me to wait till 15th Oct.
When 15th Oct came, I gave her a call and she start to come out with excuses again saying someone had owe her the money and she can give me back the money before the person pay her.
Just now I called her again, she ask me to wait till 11th November.

So, what should I do? Wait or Take action?

If were to take action, what should I do?

FKED By Lazada

Here's the BS story

I placed an order on 25-Sept-2018 and expected to receive the item before 1-Oct-2018.

Days after I placed the order, the price of the item had increase by 26.6%.

On 1-Oct-2018, seems that the item haven't arrive, so I approach their customer service representative and I'm told that the item had been shipped, before the conversation ends, I told them I don't want my order to be cancel, I just want the item to arrive ASAP.

On 2-Oct-2018, the item still haven't arrive, so I approach their customer service representative again, and they repeat what they had told me and I repeated that I just want my item, don't want a refund.

On 3-Oct-2018, the item still haven't arrive, I approach them again, and they told me the item will likely to arrive between 2-Oct-2018 and 5-Oct-2018, I again reconfirmed with them that I approach them just to check with them, not to cancel the item.

This morning(4-Oct-2018), I received a sms stating that my order had been cancelled because the seller didn't deliver the item to them within the time frame.

So,
1) They didn't even mention that they can just cancel the order if the seller didn't deliver on time.
2) They give no F*ck about what I had told them not to cancel the order.
3) What they said during 1-Oct-2018 to 3-Oct-2018 is total BS.

I tried to resolve the problem with them and I felt that a big middle finger had been given to me.
Due to the fact that the item I ordered is sold by the only seller I ordered from.
They suggest me to place another order.

So, I had to pay an extra 26.6% for the same thing, wait for another week(or forever, if they keep on cancelling).

The seller fked up the delivery, Lazada made up story and cancel my order despite I repeatedly said don't cancel it, and I had to waste my time and money just because of them.

Do you think that TM should make Streamyx cheaper

As a Malaysian and a Internet User, I'm happy to see that the government had taken the initiative fight against expensive and slow internet subscription plans, and TM had taken their first step towards that.

But let's not forget about Streamyx subscribers which according to an article at Soyacincau.com, there are more than half of TM’s 2.33 million subscribers are still on Streamyx, and although TM had announce that they plan to upgrade over 340,000 Streamyx subscribers in Unifi coverage areas to Unifi Fibre or double the Streamyx speed of over 350,000 Streamyx subscribers that are not currently in a Unifi area. Although this doesn't sound great at all, at least they try. But this upgrade plan still leaves a huge chunk of customers with no speed upgrade and no Unifi.

Let us just put aside those who are still on Streamyx when they're under Unifi coverage first, let's talk about those who doesn't fall under Unifi coverage.

Although TM did said that they will continue to invest in both fixed and wireless technology to bring us high-speed broadband, but in the mean time, to be honest, even with double the speed and having the fastest Streamyx 8Mbps plans, it's still far from Unifi Lite 10Mbps plan that are getting their speed upgrade soon to 100Mbps. Unifi Lite subscribers literally pays RM31 less while getting 625% faster speed if we get a double speed boost, if not then it's 1250% faster.

So I suggest that TM should temporarily cut down the subscription fee of Streamyx subscribers until we can switch to Unifi. Customer shouldn't be paying more while getting less just because TM couldn't provide the infrastructure.

Anyway, please share your thoughts below.

(source: https://www.soyacincau.com/2018/07/12/strea...heres-a-catch/)
