Recently I noticed people working under JMB/condo management seem to have quite a different working life compared to people working in industrial, manufacturing or business.

From what I see, some MC management staff seem to have a more relaxed environment — fixed working hours, not much pressure to hit sales/production targets, and once the daily work is done, can go home. 😂

Compared to industrial/business, where got KPI, production target, customers, suppliers, OT, urgent problems, cash flow, staff issues etc. Sometimes one problem can follow you home also.

But maybe I am only seeing it from outside. Management Corporation MC also got their own headaches — difficult residents, complaints, maintenance issues, collection of maintenance fees, contractors, AGM, sinking fund, MC/JMB politics etc.

For those who have actually worked in JMB / condo management / property management, is the job really as "senang" as it looks from outside?

Or actually the stress is just a different type?

Would like to hear from people who have worked in both property/condo management and industrial/business sectors. Which side has more workload and what kind of problems do you normally face?

Just curious because from outside, JMB management sometimes looks like quite a comfortable job.

First time bought a UPS. I thought UPS is like normal extension but just with batteries installed.

The hot air/heat near the ventilation area/plastic is hot when touch. Temp is about 40-42C

I received almost 3-5 prank /scam/spam/robot calls everyday and I have truecaller to block them.

Once you kena, they will call you from many other numbers in the same day and the next days.

If you didn't kena, they won't call but will repeat their task again in other days to attack you.

How to prevent and can this issue be resolved at gov level to setup something?
