N82 can't surf the web.

I can't seem to surf the web or receive MMS even after downloading settings from Maxis for like 5 times. At first I thought it was network problem, so I left it for a while. But after a few weeks, it's still the same. Any N82 or Nokia users out there that have been thru this same problem??

I can use the wi-fi, but not the 3G WAP or 3G MMS or 3G internet. Is there any problem with the phone or my simcard??

Whenever I try to connect, it says - Packet data: Connection not allowed.

Help me out guys..!! Thanks
