I prefer Impiana Sky Residency Bukit Jalil because of the MyHome scheme from the gov which have rebate RM30k and free lawyer fee spa. I have saving about RM20k but i do not want to use all my saving for home deposits as i might need for other expenses.<br /><br /><br />Please advise if the 20k is enough for the puchase?<br />Any other payment to be made?<br /><br />Is there any other Impiana Sky buyer want to share experience?
