Calculation on chargeable weight

Volumetric Weight
KG = (Length x Width x Height) / 6000

Example 1
Actual weight - 3 kg
Dimension - 30cm*30cm*30cm
Volumetric weight - (30*30*30)/6000 = 4.5 kg
Chargeable weight is volumetric weight, which is 5kg (4.5 round up to 5)

Example 2
Actual weight - 5.1 kg
Dimension - 30cm*30cm*30cm
Volumetric weight - (30*30*30)/6000 = 4.5 kg
Chargeable weight is actual weight, which is 6kg (5.1 round up to 6)

3. Make payment

- Once quotation is confirmed, kindly proceed to make payment.
- We will proceed to order after we receive 100% payment from buyer.

4. Product sent to China warehouse

- Seller usually will ship out product within 48hr after order placed.
- Shipping duration within 3-5 working days.

5. Payment adjustment

- Buyer will be informed once product has arrived at warehouse.
- Final shipping cost will be determined before proceed for shipment to MY.
- Top-up or refund may required.

6. Product sent to doorstep

- Upon receiving product, please check before you signed. If item is missing, please do not sign. Please take a picture of your parcel, the pic need to see all your items clearly, and please state which item is missing in the consignment note. Get the weight of your parcel and take a picture to shows the weight.
- Sign the receipt note only if you have confirmed to receive a complete parcel in good condition
