Ask to pay MRTA even though unit is not yet mine

I am applying for Penang RMM through agent, SNP signed but PN1 form haven't approve. And my bank already purchased MRTA and ask me to start pay even though PN1 haven't approved which means this unit is still not confirm mine. Is there a way to delay the payment until PN1 is approved? What if I start paying and suddenly PN1 not approved?

I am a first time buyer with no experience, not sure what to do now.

Is this a new scamming method?

Saw some job post online about sharing post to earn money.

Jobscope:
Share and like post at least once per month get rm100 x 6 months.

I pm them and the guy in charge ask me few questions：

1. Do you have an EPF account?

2. What is your current position? (eg. student, working full time, working part time etc)

3. EPF account has transaction within this two months? (skip if no EPF acc)

4. If you are working, does your job provide EPF? (skip if you are not working)

To that I replied that I dont have epf account. He then replied:

"I let you know about this job first.
It's an app actually. The app is called Feet's . You can search it in IOS App Store, Google Play Store, FB, & IG. Your job scope is only to like & share the post at least once a month from the Feet's page on Facebook and IG. The duration of this job is six months.

How about the payment? The payment will be paid in
1. RM100 (will debit into bank account) x 6 months
2. RM288 (will debit into your EPF account) x 6 months.
You will receive both of these payment in monthly basis.

If you don't have an EPF account, you can either create one or the company to help you to create.
If you choose not to create now or soon, your EPF money will be in "on-hold" status first. Your EPF money will still debit into your account once you have done create one. It's better if you can create asap la to see or keep track the EPF money. Scare you later say the company doesn't give "

I really tempted to get the job but it too good to be true. Is this really legit or just another scam?

I live at Butterworth and my initial plan is travel from my home to TOA everyday to save rental fees. I have a few questions:

1. Is it hard to find parking at there? I know there are basement parking in TOA but the space didn't look big enough. Can the parking lot be bought? How much is the fee? What about parking outside of TOA?

2. Would renting a room near TOA be better? If so, how much is the rental fees?

3. Any recommended room rental area?

4. If I took jetty and bus to TOA, will it be very inconvenient? How long does it take to arrive? What are the total cost?

Printer for graphic design student Need suggestion

Currently a year 1 graphic design student, need a printer at about RM300. I know with this price, it is not the best, but at least the best printer in RM300 range.
Function : print, scan ,copy
Best is wireless
Another thing is the colour accuracy. Ｉonce went to a printing shop to print and the color came out as sky blue instead of teal.
