High blood pressure

Hi, today i check my bp and its high, 158/91. Anyone know the reason of high blood pressure and way to reduce it? Im currently only 20 years old. Before entering university go check up also my bp damn high till always need to go hospital and check, doctor even take my blood and test but everything is fine. Before this doc said my bp high until layak kena tahan ward ady. After spm im just a thin healthy boy but my bp high, now i abit berisi but not obese. My weight prolly just 50-60 now with height 160. Any tips/ exercise/ food good to lower my bp?

Update 2nd reading 13.5.19 =148/95 (nadi 98/min). Is it possible because im nervous with people and the machine? The one i very nervous is to know the results and the beep of the machine when the reading is take
