After i upgrade my Ram & most importantly, clean d laptop fan using alcohol pad..

Then, the laptop Think pad can not even ON !!

I suspect a bit of water drop touch d fan... FAN not able to spin? Is it processor Fan? The screwdriver scratch it?

However, when i use laptop, it wiill disconnect sometimes UNLESS I M VERY NEAR TO THE ROUTER.
