Change of Name in SPA/Ownership

Hi all, need some advice, I have a property under my name and my sibling. Loan is fully under me. Now, we are looking into transferring from my sibling's name to my spouse's name so that my spouse can help in paying off of the loan and make withdrawals from EPF. Can I know what is the process like for this and cost? How long will it take and how complicated will it get? Do we need to execute a whole new agreement? Thanks.

Hi all, my cat is about 5 years old female tabby. She had UTI issues previously almost every year and every time seeing the vet, she'll be fine. Xray was also done, nothing was amiss. Recently she's been peeing around everywhere again and again. There are times there is blood and sometimes no, then sometimes it'll be little and sometime a lot. I'm trying to find another vet for opinions and any owners who's cat has had this issue before that found out the issue your cats has gone through. Hope to have some help on this, can't stand to see my baby girl like this. Totally confused and not sure what to do.

Hi all, looking to replace truck tyres. Been looking at Dunlop Maxgrip AT5. Not sure what is best, there are few options looking at, Falken and Bridgestone but Dunlop seems like good review and good price. Hope can help. Thank you.
