Am asking on behalf of my bestie..
She finally got her keys to her 1st home from PR1MA..Residensi Bandar Bukit Mahkota
Now searching for ceiling fan that comes with LED light with different lighting la..so no need to install extra lights..
Which brand is good, lasting and strong wind with no noise? TIA ya..

Why so susah to buy medical insurance!

Hi all..need to rant a bit here..
Was talking to my nephew that day who is 23 and now start working..
As he travel by motor everyday to work, am worried about his safety after his 1st minor accident few weeks ago la..
Luckily no major injury but have to stay hospital for few days...
So I asked him la to get a medical insurance just in case since if he buy now the premium will be cheaper..
He said where got extra money to pay for the premium la...
I said every month won't cost much that his monthly ciggie expenses or his mobile plan!!!
And he just brush me off...

Should I get one for him? Some friends said he is big boy and should let him handle it himself..but my concern..if he injured..it's me who is going to be taking care of him and also pay for the bills....

Sigh sigh...what should I do??
