http://forum.lowyat.net/ Tue, 16 Jun 2026 01:21:25 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4712443 Hi people,<br /><br />I need help and advise on the matter as per title.<br /><br />Recently i have made booking on a new Mont Kiara project and i have paid RM 3000 booking fee to secure the unit that i wanted. <br />I have been told by the developer if loan rejection or if i change my mind not wanted the unit anymore then RM 500 will be forfeited as their processing fees.<br />I agree with that because i have confident in getting the loan approved and confirmed with my decision on the project.<br /><br />After done making the booking i proceed with the loan application and the housing loan is approved. The banker told me the offer letter will be issue within 2 days after the loan is approved<br />and i can continue with signing the SPA after that.<br /><br />On last week the agent suddenly give me a call and wanted to see me at the sales gallery regarding there are new rebates package giving by the developer. I was quite suspicious at first because the agent also <br />know that the loan has approved and i was ready to sign SPA but why at this time they give me a new rebate offer. So i have met him on yesterday and eventually he told me that the unit i booked has been booked<br />by someone else.
