<Urgent> HELP about my electrical bills

Hello guys, need urgent help here!

I dont know where to post this, so i think this the possible thread? sorry if i'm wrong.
So here the story:

We are students renting in a house for the past 5 months, the electrical bill usually comes out
amounting to around rm 130-180. It hovers around here and never goes out of range.
Until and unfortunately for today, it balloons to amounting rm 960. I was shocked as i have
never experience this in my life. This is ridiculous as we are students and suddenly having
to pay this huge sum is nerve wrecking.

I have no idea what was it, i called 15454 they say i have to call the local TNB as they also
arent sure why they are charging me for that.

As tomorrow, i will try to go the local TNB office to acquire about this billing.

Have you guys have any ideas whats going on? Any past experience? Really shock through..

And we haven't done any abnormal activity, everything was as usual as it is in the house..

Thanks in advance!

Student in distress

[attachmentid=1759331]

[WTA] Buying LCD for new Rig

Hello geeks of LYN, i'm sorry to post another topic of recommendation of a LCD, i scout a few of those discussion about LCD back then however none
answered my few questions that bug me in indulging for a new LCD.

Since this is my first hard earned buying a LCD, i just want to ask general opinion if you are on this situation:

(sorry i hope its not about technical stuff as i can google it, most of it, hope this is not part of spoon feeding)

My situation:

A. Running on a tight budget. My motto get the best of bang of my buck. My budget less than RM1000+/-.
B. My usage is for Gaming, video editing, picture editing(not sure how heavy it is), watching movie, and internet.
C. The dilemma is, should i go for SIZE like >24` or 27` or features like IPS and sacrifice with my tight budget with lower size <24`. I do prefer a bigger size LCD as i was eyeing for >24` however if they were to include with IPS it would cost a bomb (eg. Dell UltraSharp U2410
24"Widescreen Monitor = 1600). I would also like IPS panel feature preferably compare to TN panel. I was also eyeing for that samsung 27`P2770H (as its a its 1300, and i could my budget a bit for slighlty bigger size and sacrifice on the panel tech)

D. I have tried to exclude other variables such as resolution compatibility for my gc and i dont really bother about ms aslong its <6 ms its acceptable.

So the dilemma, with a certain budget would you guys go for size? or more towards panel technology? or considering taking cheaper panel with better backlit of LED and have bigger size?

Hope it delivers the message. Many thanks beforehand.
