            <description>Is it legal for the HR to suddenly increase the notice period from 1 month to 3 months without any discussion nor any document signed? It&amp;#39;s just stated in the bonus letter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;HR says they are entitled to change whatever they want because there is a clause in the contract that enable they to do so. Could be &amp;quot;The management reserve the rights to issue internal policy instruction memorandum from time to time and it shall be construed as an integral part of the above terms and conditions of employment&amp;quot;</description>
