Greenville, South Carolina — The Greenville County Sheriff's Office released body camera footage from an officer involved shooting that happened in mid July. According to the Sheriff's Office the deputies were doing surveillance on July 11 on an unmarked vehicle on Long Forest Drive while looking for Michael Joseph Culbertson, 26, on multiple active warrants including resisting arrest, failure to stop for blue lights, interfering with police and reckless driving. On July 10th, deputies were called to a residence on Blake Street where Culbertson was reportedly causing a disturbance. Culbertson told family members he wasn't going to jail, and that he had recently armed himself with a gun.

The video shows Culbertson walking in the road as two uniformed and five special team deputies got out of an unmarked vehicle and gave Culbertson commands to show his hands. Deputies reportedly saw Culbertson holding a cell phone in his left hand and reach for a gun with his right hand. They then shot Culbertson. He was hit with multiple bullets. A 9mm handgun and magazine with multiple rounds were found on scene, officials said. Culbertson was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No officers were hurt.

'The Sheriff’s Office conducted an administrative investigation, the allegations were sustained against the deputy, and appropriate action has been taken,' they said.

The specifics of the deputy's discipline was not disclosed because the case does not fall under SB 1421, a bill that covers police conduct where there is not great bodily harm.

DailyMail.com has reached out to the Sacramento Sheriff's Department about the incident, including the use of a Taser and apparent arrest warrant.

He sent the agent an array of disturbing photos showing adults sexually abusing naked children as young as infants.

He asked another undercover agent to take nude pictures and videos of the agent’s supposed 9-year-old daughter and the 2-year-old daughter of the agent’s girlfriend. Davis told the agent he had “hundreds” of images of child pornography in his “collection,” mostly “baby/toddler.”

Davis pressed the agent about meeting the 2-year-old girl. “When do u have that baby alone next,” Davis asked. “I mean even for a few mins enough to FaceTime.”

Through a search warrant, authorities later found a trove of child pornography on Davis’s cellphone. After his arrest, Davis admitted to having a sexual interest in infants and toddlers, keeping the child porn on his phone, and trying to set up meetings with the agents’ children, authorities said.

A truck driver in Indonesia transporting a rare aircraft to a museum has been left red-faced after struggling to get through a tollgate.

The Gatotkaca N250 turboprop - one of the first Indonesian-made aircraft - was being taken to the Central Museum of the Indonesian Air Force in Yogyakarta province.

But during the journey from West Java, it got stuck at a tollgate because the cargo was too high.

Fauzi Abdurrahman, Operations Manager of PT Trans Marga Jawa Tengah, the company managing the toll road, said their staff had to assist the truck in backing up from the tollgate to avoid damaging the aircraft.

He said: "We diverted the truck to a larger gate so that it can still pass. There was no damage to the aircraft or the tollgate."

The truck backed off and drove to another gate and crossed to a higher substation on the opposite lane to pass through.

The process of moving the plane to another tollgate took almost three hours because they were careful not to damage the aircraft or the gate.

After crossing the tollgate, the truck carrying the plane continued its journey and finally arrived at the museum safely.

The N250 aircraft was the pride of the Indonesian nation when it was built in 1995. Production had to stop after the economic crisis hit the country in 1998.

Damico Taylor, 23, of Sand Springs, accelerated hard westbound on I-244 from Delaware Avenue. A short chase began but ended less than a minute later when Taylor's vehicle hit a barrier wall on the north leg of the Inner Dispersal Loop, police said.

Taylor exited the vehicle and tried to escape by crossing the barrier wall of the elevated roadway. He fell more than 30 feet to the ground below.

He was taken to the hospital, where he was admitted in stable condition.

Police said Taylor fractured his skull.

A .40-caliber Glock 23C semiautomatic pistol, chamber loaded, was recovered from the vehicle.

Online court records don't list any charges against him.

Multiple callers had reported 57-year-old Roger Schafer was at the bus stop on Eubank near Copper NE one August afternoon. They said he was armed with a gun, tossing it from hand to hand, “pulling the action back” and pointing it at traffic.

By the time five officers approached him, fanned out in formation with their guns drawn, he was lying on the sidewalk, his arms over his eyes, using his belongings as a pillow.

But the situation quickly changed, and three officers ended up firing at least 15 rounds at Schafer as they say he grabbed the gun stashed in his waistband. The gun turned out to be a semi-automatic BB pistol resembling a 9 mm handgun.

These details, as well as lapel camera footage from one of the officers and two 911 calls, were released by the Albuquerque Police Department at a news conference Friday morning.

“We’re still at the early stages of this investigation, which can often take up to a year,” Police Chief Michael Geier said. “Our understanding of this incident will change as additional evidence is collected. We also at this time do not draw any conclusions about whether the officers acted in a way consistent with our policy and the law until all the facts are known and investigation is complete.”

Lt. Scott Norris of the Violent Crimes Section said that around 3 p.m. Aug. 22 several officers were sent to the heavily populated, high-traffic area near the Walmart shopping center for reports of a man pointing a gun at passersby. He said the officers made a plan and approached him on foot.

“Officers wanted to avoid alerting the subject to police presence, fearing this would cause him to react adversely,” Norris said. “These fears were based on the information the officers received about the subject’s unpredictable and erratic behavior. Officers made the decision to use their own bodies as a wall between the armed male and the public.”

Video shows the officers approaching and ordering Schafer to keep his hands in view. He curses at them, and, instead, pushes himself up to the bench, appearing to grab the gun tucked into his waistband.

That’s when one officer shot Schafer with a 40 mm rubber bullet, a less lethal option. Less than a second later, officers Paul Durham, Kyle King and Randy Serrano also opened fire, killing Schafer. He died at the scene.
