<title>Who should bare the legal cost?</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5056868</link>
<description>Here is the situation. Recently I sold off a property in JB and waiting for bank to reimburse my balance. I’m a Malaysian staying in Singapore and all SPA and Loan Agreement documents were certified by a notary in Singapore because of the COVID situation. &lt;br /&gt;The problem appears when the buyer’s Pxx bank asking for certification on the letter of undertaking. The letter of undertaking was prepared by the buyer’s lawyer previously and already signed by notary but Pxx bank asking for extra certification. &lt;br /&gt;The question is who should bare the legal cost of the extra certification?</description>
