hi, can anyone share with me how maybank MaxiHome Flexi Loan work? i can see the interest being added to my account but i paid as usual but nothing happens. i didnt pay on Jan but paid for Feb only, and now it is showing no outstanding amount. no advance payment, no money in my saving acc. i called bank and bank said my account all good, no outstanding.

hi, do we need to check the subsale house (bare unit). recently bought a subsale house from owner but it is bare unit. do we need to check the house upon handing the house keys? lawyer said since it is bare unit, there is nothing to check. reason i am asking is i am not around when they hand over the key, i will be out station for a month.

What a birthday

Work the whole day during my birthday. But still ok. Thought wanna have simple dinner and went to food court to order mee goreng. The uncle so fierce told me no more, all finish but there is plenty of noodles there. He told me he wanted to go back coz he didnt sleep for 2 days. It is only 8:30pm. I said ok and i saw him served other customers after me. Then i thought nevermind, i went to drive-thru to buy fries and sundae cup at mcd, the staff pulled a long sour face at me. Then come back have to wash my car coz earlier today a few dogs ransacked the dustbin and threw all the rubbish + leftover food at my car. My car look like just drive out from dumpster.
