Should Grab give 15% more cancellations allowance?

Did you ever receive a job right after you miss the junction and had to make a huge turn if wanted to complete the job?

Did you ever receive a job while waiting at traffic light, and require you to cut a few lanes to exit at another side?

Did you ever receive a job so far away during traffic jam without TBB (Time Booster Bonus)?

Did you ever receive a job that requires you to make illegal turn/u-turn to pick up passengers due to Grab blatantly follow Google Map's direction?

and the list goes on, which are caused by imperfect AA jobs allocation from Grab. Previously we are able to determine such problematic jobs but now Grab asked us to swallow it all by introducing AA only and without extra cancellations allowance. Or did Grab assume all their jobs allocation are perfectly fine? These problematic jobs not only bring inconveniences to passengers and drivers, but also might endangering other road users if one driver decide to drive dangerously/illegal after receiving these jobs.

Life is precious, we are allowed to use phone minimally on the road for e-hailing, but please don't encourage drivers to make risky/challenging decision once they receive a job which shouldn't be allocated to them. Therefore, I hope Grab will understand what drivers are facing on their everyday life and give reasonable allowance under these compulsory AA jobs.

More than 20% commission not allowed

Grab is still taking an extra 5% from us even weeks after 12 July, is there anything else we can do to stop grab from this greedy behavior?

https://www.malaymail.com/news/malaysia/201...hailing/1770875

KUALA LUMPUR, July 12 — Transport Minister Anthony Loke today warned e-hailing operators (EHOs) against collecting more than the maximum 20 per cent commission from their drivers under different pretexts.

“We know that they are trying to play with words. We know that they are trying to beat the system by not calling it [the 20 per cent] a commission, but a fee, a charge and all that. This is not allowed.”

Loke said that the particular EHO imposes a five per cent fee, in additional to the 20 per cent commission to its drivers.

He warned that EHOs can also have their license revoked, should they try to bend the law.
