WiFi assist is also off.<br />This has worked well for many years now with no problems.<br /><br />When leaving Malaysia on 14th march this year I had over 60 RM in credit.<br /><br />Imagine my astonishment when I checked recently and found it had dropped to 5 RM.<br /><br />I checked and 100% certain data was off, data roaming was off and WiFi assets was off during this time.<br /><br />Looking at my E-Statement it seems I have been charged for GPRS data roaming on a regular basis when no data roaming actually occurred&#33;&#33;<br /><br />If you look at the attached image you can see many lines reading<br /><br />Duration Type Of Charges Charges<br />00:00:00 Data-Roam RM0.83<br /><br />So I am being charged unfairley for something that I did not do and according to the statement did not happen&#33;&#33;<br /><br />So questions.<br /><br />1) How do I stop it happening?<br />2) How do I get my money back?<br /><br />If the answers are you can&#39;t and you don&#39;t then it goodbye Hotlink after all these years&#33; John Jacklin Hotlink Wed, 02 May 2018 17:22:57 +0800
