IPS or TN panel?

Hello there!
I am currently looking for a gaming monitor but there are so many to choose.
I know that a lot of competitive gamer choose TN panel because of its refresh rate, but nowaday IPS panel also have 144hz and 1ms response time monitor.
I'm sometime a competitive gamer and sometime chillax haha. (elek jer boss).
So my question is what is the differences between a 144hz with 1ms of IPS panel and TN panel?
IPS with 144hz and 1ms VS TN with 144hz and 1ms.

Currently i am interested in these few monitor.
AOC G2590FX 25"
AOC AOC 24G2 24"
Acer KG241QA 24"
Acer KG251Q I 25"
Acer XF240Q P 25"

On a budget around RM600~8XX

Where can i find this in KL

I am interested in a mouse name Hyper X Pulsefire FPS PRO, and other HyperX as well, but I wanna have a test/try so that i can feel comfortable with it. Does anyone know where can i find a shop that sell HyperX's product? I'm living in Kuala Lumpur.

Having issues with my recently bought ROG laptop

Laptop: ROG GL503VD Hero edition
Spec
CPU: Intel i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
RAM: 4 GB

I am from Ipoh and I brought this laptop at Kuala Lumpur.
I am a local student who worked hard to buy this laptop to further my study and also for gaming, I bought this laptop around March 2018 and the first time I use, there's a problem when playing CSGO, Dota 2 and even when I use it to study. The problems are screen freezing, lagging in all sorts of way ( sudden fps drop, overheats fast, you name it ), and even random black screen. I contacted and sent to Asus service center to fix the problem for a few times already but they are unable fix the problem although they deny telling me the truth. I demand a refund from Asus for not fixing my laptop properly even if my warranty is still intact ( though they seem to ignore my case ). Afterwards, I made a report to the Consumer Court in Shah Alam. After a few weeks, I attend the court, and through the day ( forgot the date ) Mr Lim (Technician from Asus) along with a guy from Asus as well said that this laptop cannot support or play the game well called CSGO ( random freezes occur even though pc shows 60 fps ).

I'm not sure about what the guy means that this model cant run CSGO well but I am sure a 1050 along with 4gb ram are able to run CSGO flawlessly on the low setting. Please give me some feedback.

Frenquently Lagging when Streaming

Hello guys, I am a beginner at streaming. I'll downloaded OBS which is recommended by few of my friend.But I'm having problem when streaming CSGO.When I start streaming the game keep freezing or lagging. At first I thought it was my wifi problem since I live in a kampung but when I try using a better wifi it's still the same can someone help me solve this problem ?
