I go to NSS Service Centre last week to replace my engine mounting, model vios 2005. They charge me RM837.40 (parts RM630 + Labour 160 + 6% GST) and i have paid all.<br /><br />However, NSS found one of the mounting screw jam and cannot replace on time (vios got 3 engine mounting). So i choose to visit this week to replace the remaining one mounting to my car, but the workshop-NSS say they will charge additional fee because they said the screw hard to open and jam, is that reasonable?<br /><br />If i do not want to proceed to replace the remaining one mounting from them, can i request to refund the installation cost since one set installation cost RM160 ?.
