Where to file warranty claim for replacement.

My Wireless Router has been death for some time and would like to file a warranty claim to get replacement for it, but not sure where can i do so.

I cant remember where i bought this as this is way to recall, as Belkin product are lifetime warranty, so i'm looking forward to make this claim.

Everyone and anyone who know where i can make this warranty claim, please do advice.

Model Name - Wireless G+ MIMO Router
Model -F5D9230-4
Firmware - Ver 2000
Purchase - Cant remember.
Defect - 4 LAN port no longer responding.
Question - Where and who should i look for to file this warranty claim. I mean the who's distributor in local Malaysia should i look for.
