House renovation in Ipoh

I will be moving to Ipoh, Perak soon. Just bought a corner SS house with some extra land. Plan to do some renovation to the house. Since I am not very familiar with Ipoh town, can anyone recommend me good/reasonable contractor or supplier for;

1. General contractor - indon is ok as long they are dependable
2. Window and Grill supplier
3. Wiring contractor
4. Electrical supplier - downlight, fan, switches, etc
5. Plaster ceiling Contractor
6. Kitchen and Bathroom fixtures supplier
7. Kitchen Cabinet and Wardrobe contractor/supplier
8. Tiles and Laminated floor supplier.

FYI, my house is somewhere near the Tasek Industrial area.

(WTA) Upgrade PhenomII X2 550 --> X4/X6/i5/i7

I want to upgrade my rig. Folowing is the spec:

AMD Phenom2 x2 500
AM3 Gigabyte M/Board
ABIT Radeon 4850, 512M, 256bit
8 Gig RAM
2 x 21.5" Full HD display connected via DVI to GPU (extended display setting , not mirror)

Usage:
- Multiple/Simultaneous running of Excel, Opera (multiple tabs > 10), Mozilla Firefox (multiple windows >5), and on/off many other programs (font explorer, KMPlayer, etc)
- CorelDraw (Graphic design & rendering)
- Occasional game ( Tiberium War on high/full setting)
- No plan for overclocking
- I believe above softwares/usage are more CPU intensive
- Current Rig can run comfortably for above purposes with some hiccup/lag during heavy graphic tracing/rendering (CorelDraw)

Options:
1 - Upgrade to X4 or X6
- Cheapest
- No more future upgrade option for processor (correct me if I'm wrong)

2 - Upgrade to i5 or i7 using integrated GPU
- Need to get new Motherboard and Processor
- Not sure if the iGPU/Motherboard can support 2 Monitor on extended display setting
- Open for future CPU upgrade

3 - Upgrade to i5 or i7 and use back the GPU (ABIT Radeon 4850, 512M)
- Need to get new Motherboard and Processor
- Open for future CPU upgrade

Budget:
- No limit
- Want to keep the future upgrape as an option
- Dont want to spend on something that I dont need

NEED HELP
All the sifus out there pls recommend a reasonable upgrade path (CPU, Motherboard) for my rig. If INTEL, should it be i5 or i7?

Buying Property by CASH

I am planning to buy a completed property (terrace house) with cash money. It is an inherited money and to cut the story short I have to convert it to a property.

I have read thru the Lawyer's Corner, and Lawyer's Corner v2.

Need advice from expert out there on what to lookout for. Since it a cash money it attracts a lot of attention....I am planning to engage a lawyer for the S&P and all payment to the seller ( and bank ) will be thru the lawyer, and by check... is there anything else I need to be carefull of

I am planning to get a smartphone (LG Optimus 1, an android phone) and I am planning to use the phone to view/trade shares while I am away from my desktop. I am with OSK at the moment. Anyone have experience doing online share trading on OSK+smartphone out there? Care to recommend what specification is needed.
