            <title>Employee motivation</title>

            <description>Hi guys, I am in my early 30&amp;#39;s , I am an agent for telco company, leading about 10 people and we focus more on sales. The margin profit is not very high, so I can only afford to hire Form 5 or certificate holders. The turnover is very high, and if a staff that works for a year, is already a blessing. We do both cold calls and roving. Staff potential monthly sales income is RM 1800(BASIC + COMMISSION). If don&amp;#39;t achieve target, salesperson only received basic RM 1100.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Staff usually for the first 3 months cannot achieve target due to inexperienced and lack of product knowledge or fear when facing customers. Usually only see them generate income on the 4th month or so... Or either in between those months they have already quitted. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you guys have ideas or suggestions how to motivate employees like that to do better ? Effective and efficient methods ? (Expect them to hit target the same month when they join until they quit, although short term, the mission is achieved) I don&amp;#39;t really mind if they quit after gaining experience because this job is really for entry level only. As long as they give notice but majority don&amp;#39;t give notice which trouble me to go Labour Law office. (Although I am lazy, I still have to, in order to prevent other employee at that time to do the same)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And how to retain employee ..... Because employee resign faster than we can employ... Because :- &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- they can just disappear and not turning up to work anymore &lt;br /&gt;- good attitude but sales very slow (trying to make them better...By 6th month become good at their job, they already want to resign)&lt;br /&gt;- perhaps about more than 100 people have come to the job interview since last year December. But I&amp;#39;ve only picked  8 till today, and as of today 4 have already resigned and 3 is still new, only have been in the company for a month. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s a very difficult challenge&amp;#33; Company culture is good... Staying back employee enjoy their task and it affects them everytime when other employee just dismissed themselves. We have our fair share of fun, makan-makan session and outing activities (although sales tidak achieve just to motivate them to do better next month... )</description>
