Error when playing Ghost Recon 2..

this error occured everytime when im playing ghost recon 2 after about 20-30minutes.. its either closed the app n pop-out

or even worst, sometime it also shut my monitor down, but my pc still on... any idea on it.. izzit my ram or anything anything else??

my pc keep on restarting after loading windows. already tried reinstall the windows, change the ram, take out the gc but still the same.. anybody got any idea wats the problem is???
