[Help] Contacts wouldn't sync all

Dear sifus, need help here.

I tried to sync all my contacts from mi3 to note 5 but only able to sync part of it. I have 2,136 contacts in my mi3 but after i connect to all my google accounts and whatsapp accounts in my note 5, I only able to see 1,166 contacts.
I downloaded contacts sync fix in my note 5 and found that there are actually 2,136 contacts list in it but when i opened the contact book i only manage to see 1,166.

I have tried sync all the google accounts and whatsapp account. I haven't tried sync from my mi account (not sure how to do that), I have tried contacts sync fix. All didn't work.
