How to re-motivate yourself to get fit

Those who had successfully achieved their ideal body goal all by themselves, and persistently endure all of your temptation and ordeals, I give you my biggest respect.

I hope I can be like those guys. But I have to admit, I have a hard time sticking to it. After my contract with my PT expired, I am getting lazier going back to the gym. Especially since Ramadan is very near, my motivation is completely killed. So how can I gain back my motivation to get fit this Ramadan? I can be dedicated, but without the motivation to follow the fitness road, I'm just another ordinary guy whose imagination is as big as my word.

Where can I buy cheap-but good whey protein?

Before I start, I posted a thread about suggestion for a cheap meal plan about weeks ago, so if anybody could help me it would be great. And thank you for those who replied to my previous thread, I appreciate it a lot. And now, back to the main topic.

I guess I'm ready for that next step, buying a whey protein. The whey protein in the gym I always go to cost a hefty amount of price. So where else can I find a reasonably cheap whey protein but with good quality? I have my eyes on a supplement shop inside Leisure Mall Cheras but I'm too shy and clueless stepping in that shop. Should I buy it online instead? Also, is there anything I should know when I'm buying whey proteins? I hope you guys can help me.

Also, is it okay to eat/drink whey protein when fasting? With Ramadhan approaching, I heard that drinking protein shake is a bad idea when you are fasting. Is it true?

Cheap-but-healthy meal plan suggestion

Hello everyone. I am new here. I never thought there's a forum dedicated for Malaysian bodybuilding novices(or noobs) so I'm glad I found this forum. I might seem clueless at times, so I hope you guys can bear with me.

Anyway, I am a 21-yo working man, with 67kg weight and 168.2cm height. I started going to gym about 3 weeks ago. I hired a local personal trainer before I intend to do alone, by either following BodyBuilding.com's Fierce 5 Novice routine or Ryan Gosling's workout plan. My question is, what is the meal plan can you guys recommend to me for reasonable prices?

I heard from multiple guys for multiple times that I should eat a lot for my muscle to grow. Well, for the last few days, I am unable to follow that. Why? One of the reasons is I always short on money. I am bad at managing my money, so when it's near the end of the month I'm completely broke. So to learn more about financial management, I browsed something on the web and learn about meal planning. Unfortunately, I can't find the right ones.

How can I plan a meal plan that aren't too pricey for me(estimated spending is RM200 per month)? What should I put in my grocery lists? And is meal prepping a good idea? I hope you guys can help me with this.
