However earlier, suddenly it was based on &quot;lucky draw&quot; , and it happens so that the 2 person from the group that was paid to &quot;perform&quot; at the club won both categories. Even the whole crowd was confused and dumbfounded , even joe flizzow the guest MC was confused . Everything was so sudden , they tried to wrap it as soon as possible . Myself being a participants of halloween events for many years in different clubs everything was off. The winners were not asked to snap photo together , not even by themselves . they were quickly handed over the cash and left from the stage. <br /><br />We waited for hours, which by 2am+ they finally proceed to the halloween costume contest but they announced that it was going to be lucky draw instead. Names were quickly called , prize were quickly given all these happen in the span of less than 2minutes . Imagine drawing,calling names,10k handout all these in less than 2minutes ? <br /><br />seriously every year there are less people appear in halloween costume because of the attitude of the organizer, how can participants be more creative n competitive if the competitions are rigged . this will definitely affect the participants on coming years as many people would be discouraged by the unprofessionalism of the organizers. <br /><br />btw people dont mind if they lose to better people, but come on ? from best costume competition last minute without any proper announcement it was changed to lucky draw? and best of all both winners were performers from BRUSH UP , who were paid to perform earlier&#33; and i can only see that the winners had ties n facial makeup only. You know in Zouk SG halloween competition , free entry to anyone with costume. Anyone with just MASK and makeup are not even considered as costume n have to pay to enter n not even eligible to join the contest. Yes that is how ridiculous mixx paradox halloween event.
