I ask one of them to help me get this num and this is how the conv goes:<br /><br />Me : hi, can u help me get this num (after waving at him 3,4 times before he sees my gesture)<br /><br />Seller: Which one?<br /><br />Me : This 1<br /><br />Seller : (Start to take out and unpack the packaging)<br /><br />Me : Erm, i am getting for my friend. He will register it later<br /><br />Seller : (looking at me like i am trying to steal his stuff) NO,U CANNOT.WE WILL NOT SELL IT TO U IF U DO NOT REGISTER NOW<br /><br />Me : Without questioning,i tell him it&#39;s all right and walk away<br /><br /><br />The guy is very rude indeed. First time i meet this type of ruthless seller.I am still not sure is this the registration prosedure? any of u guys know bout this prosedure? or the seller simply just in bad mood? I will contact Digi tomoro to further confirm this and i will sue the seller if this prosedure is not the requirement of the Gov or Digi.
