Aim for an Anime Club

I need help... My friend is a teacher and he is managing an anime club in the school...

So now he needs to think of an aim for the anime club, like what does the club has to achieve by the end of this year.

COSPLAY WALL OF FAME?

Some discussions I found out from some people who wanna make a cosplay-related event:

"can i ask wats that Wall Of Fame for ?"

"If I remember correctly, the Wall of Fame is where the visitors can take photos with the Cosplayers (but they will be charged a nominal fee, maybe RM2 or RM3 per photo?) and the photo will be printed out and sold to the visitor. Basically a photoshoot area. The money will be put into the event piggy bank."

Reverse Charge

I did try to search but couldn't find any answers about this, but if there is an existing thread forgive me for didn't found it

Anyway I wanna ask how does reverse charge works?

Issit after the person sent the items, the post office will send me a letter/postcard to the address given, then I will have to bring the letter/postcard to the post office and pay the amount of postage fee then I can straight away get the items?
