Am looking at Riana Dutamas Savvy,
Residents or owners can feedback on the area?
My concerns:
1. Traffic congestion. I know Jalan Segambut is always jam but with school closure currently the traffic may be improved. However, is it any better now compared to pre-covid? If school reopens will the traffic be super bad?

2. KTM noise: for those units facing or nearer to KTM tracks. Is it noisy? Bearable? Higher or lower floor better?

3. Other cons of living in this area

Hi, asking for advice.
Let’s say I am looking at buying my first property (condo) for own stay.
However, the desired units have been sold out (smaller 2 beds 650k) and left the slight bigger units(more expensive about 800k).
VP estimated maybe 1.5 years from now.
Should I wait for subsale after 1.5 yrs for desired unit or buy the bigger more expensive one from developer with rebate etc?

Assuming that the properly location is strategic and there’s LRT nearby

Hi guys, I am planning to host a training program for university staff.
Anyone know any venue around KL area?
Budget about 1500 for about 40 pax if can include lunch and tea break too (8am-5pm)
Places like those hotel too expensive liao

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if those seminars that aim to teach you how to invest your money into whatever investments (stocks, properties, etc) that cost about RM 4-8k are credible?

I wondering if those "testimonials" they always put out like this investor/ entrepreneur attended my course and now he/she is worth millions etc. are really legit?

The seminar boleh pakai one not? Some even offered like 3 full days include accomodation those type, you know la what I am talking about.

Any Lowyat kaki here actually attended and reap good results from it??
