Theft by official manufacturer repair center?

The left front corner of my car was hit and the headlamp was shattered, the right side was completely fine, no cracks or anything, I tested it and the lights all turned on just as it did before the accident. Both sides of the headlamps were factory and never replaced since I bought the car until this accident.
It went through insurance claim and was sent to the official car manufacturer repair center.
Last week I realized that the headlamps on both sides have been replaced, and they're no longer the original japanese branded headlamps with the car manufacturer logo, instead they're some no brand aftermarket headlamps that are much lower quality. I checked online and asked a few workshops, apparently used original headlamps are going for 500.

I have two questions,
1. As the official manufacturer repair workshop, is it legal for them to use non-genuine non-oem parts as replacements?

2. If they're allowed to use non-genuine aftermarket parts, are they (or cars in general) legally required to have both sides headlamps replaced so they're not different? Or is this theft?

Where did this asam laksa stall go?

Does anyone remember this asam laksa (and nasi lemak) stall that operated in MidValley? It was located at the top floor of what used to be Jusco, I remember even two floors down you could smell the rich aroma.
My aunt hasn't been back in a really long time since back when Jusco was still a thing, that's how long ago it was, this asam laksa was her absolute favorite. Does anyone know if and where it's moved or ceased business altogether?
