            <title>from permanent position to outsource/contract</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4560739</link>
<description>Hi, i want to ask some question regarding permanent position change to outsource or contract position in same company. My manager planning to outsource my team or my job position to another company, but still working in the same working place and same job scope as before, i guess my salary payroll will be under other company, but i not sure i still in permanent position or contract position, originally i already work for a period of time as permanent staff in the same position. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is sudden change/plan and i feel depress because at the beginning i start work in this company as permanent staff and i don&amp;#39;t want end up as contract staff. Can i know is there anything i can do? Because at the beginning i sign the offer letter to work as permanent staff, and i already work as permanent staff for period of time, but right now i may end as contract staff, and they will change my salary payroll to another company, is this making any sense in employment law? If i don&amp;#39;t agree to change to contract staff under payroll of other company, will they use this excuse as the valid reason to fire me? Thank you for reply.</description>
