Hi, I just sold an apartment and i want to deduct the cost of aircondition, furnitures and curtains in my apartment from the disposal price. I believe these items fall in the category of enhancing the value of the chargeable asset right? However the tax person says that these things are not deductible. Also, for my building maintenance. Not deductible as well?

Hi all,
I plan to get a Core 2 Extreme but i do not know what are the other hardwares to get...anyone care to advise? (i.e: motherboard, graphics card..even fan, PSU...etc...)
purpose is for gaming...budget max RM3k (not incl processor)

Burstable Lines?

Hello,
Just a question, if a provider provides me a 1Mbps AIMS dedicated line for my dedicated server, is it possible for him to make it burstable to 1.5Mbps? i thought when i get a dedicated line i would be able to get max 1Mbps only? How is it possible that it can be burstable? Does that mean its not dedicated, instead shared? Pls reply asap..need the info!!

(Not sure if this is the right forum..sorry couldnt find the dedicated server forum..)

Hello people, ok im quite noob in this broadband area so i was wondering if some sifus can point out some guidelines for me to tweak my modem if possible. Also, are there any accelerator programs that you recommend? currently using Google web accelerator duno good anot..so yeah..

I'm currently using an Aztech ADSL2/2+ 4-Port Router...the dark greenish one? this is a pic of my modem status...i have no idea wat it means.. anything i should on for the modem settings? anyone can help me? Thanks!
