I dunno whether this is the appropriate place to ask this here...

may i noe how can i RMA my maxtor hdd by myself?

i online and check the warranty status n it shows that for asia region we need to take to the retail shops in order to RMA it.
it's after 1yr btw. coz im in kl now and the shop where i bought it is from mlc.
