Project Rumawip Residensi Laman Sari, Selayang

I am planning to get a rumawip unit in Residensi Laman Sari in Selayang, which I think probably launched 1-2 years ago, and will be completed in Aug,2023. Almost 90% are taken.

Strangely, I could only find very minimal info in Lowyat Forum, and even if I googled it I couldn’t find much discussion on this Property though so just tried to open a topic for more advice and comments.

Similarly to some other rumawip Laman Sari Is having swimming pool facility and it’s 1000 unit in total, not located next to any PMU nor HTC but there’s a solid waste station near by, which I hear it’s gonna be demolished ( Guess it’s gonna be Long to go). I personally quite like the location though.

Another concern is on the developer, which I saw one negative comment of his in another Laman Sari discussion room.

Is there any owner here? Or anyone studied on this Residensi Laman Sari before and can share some ideas? Really appreciate that.

Hi would like to explore the 'exit option' by re-selling my unit before its completion and handover to me?

The unit is still under construction and in Cheras. I am thinking of reselling the unit if there is any interested buyer and would like to know if it is possible and what is the procedure?

Any property agent / owner here experienced it before that can share some ideas? cheerz....
